Lauren serves as Executive Assistant to Ted Ritchie. In this role, she supports Ted, the office and our clients by responding to general inquiries. Lauren focuses on providing high quality client service and continually looking for ways to enrich our client relationships by exceeding client’s expectations. She is committed to assisting our clients during their life long journey towards financial security.

Lauren joined True North Financial Partners LLC in October 2019. She is a licensed Massachusetts Life and Health insurance producer, and is currently pursuing her FINRA Series 7 registration. Lauren majored in Graphic Design and Technology with a minor in Studio Art at Emmanuel College, 2006. She hails from Somerville, and has called Waltham home since 2014.

Prior to joining True North Financial Partners, Lauren was a relationship banker in Boston. She then transitioned into a more flexible role within real estate consulting and executive support while raising her three young children. She has over twelve years of experience in financial services, and over eighteen years of providing clients with exceptional service.

When she is not at work, she is chasing around her three children Dean, Drew and Grace. Lauren loves visiting Cape Cod and Maine during the summer months, and heading to Vermont in the fall. In her (rare) spare time, she enjoys staying active by running and has completed several road races, including the B.A.A Half in 2023.
